This is a quick follow up to my normal Monday fitness update.  Having been away on vacation since May 31, I chose to not step on a scale during that trip because I prefer to weigh on the same scale for the sake of continuity.  We arrived home on the evening of June 9 and I got on the scale on the morning of June 10.  I am happy to say that I lost an additional 4.6 lbs. while on vacation (one that included a trip to Hersheypark and all of their chocolatey goodness). Just for kicks I got on the scale again the next day and was down another 2.8 lbs.  Seven and a half weeks into my journey to recapture my fitness, I have dropped 31.2 lbs.  There’s still a long way to go, but it feels great!
