First things first. The bike rides did not happen last week due to a combination of factors including a horrific heat wave and a trip to Maryland and back Thursday – Saturday. I also missed Saturday’s scheduled 5 mile run due to being on the road traveling back to Charleston. Here’s the week’s workouts.
Monday – 3 miles in 35:24 (11:34 pace)
Tuesday – 5 miles in 1:00:55 (11:57 pace)
Wednesday – 3.1 miles in 37:41 (12:04 pace)
Friday – 3 miles in 34:30 (11:30 pace)
Total of 14 miles for the week.
The weight loss continues to be slow, but I’m still dropping weight. I dropped another 2.2 lbs. this week. That brings my total weight loss to 36.6 lbs. So through 10 weeks I’m averaging a loss of 3.66 lbs/week. At least 62 lbs to go. Hoping for a better week this week.
