Monday, July 6 – 4.1 miles at a 10:54 pace
Tuesday, July 7 – 6.35 miles at a 12:12 pace
Wednesday, July 8 – 4.05 miles at an 11:35 pace
Thursday, July 9 – biked 6.3 miles in 36:53
Friday, July 10 – 2.1 miles at a 10:55 pace
Saturday, July 11 – 4 miles at a 12:09 pace (I hate treadmills)
Sunday, July 12 – no workout.
