It’s been an eventful week that included a move from SC to MD. Somehow, I managed to get all of my scheduled training runs in by shifting the schedule on the back half of the week.

I seem to have hit a plateau with my running pace and I’m not sure if it is due to fatigue from the move, the more pronounced elevation changes on my new running trail, or if it is just part of the normal cycle. Anyone with experience in this, please feel comment with your thoughts.

Wednesday, August 26, no run. Moving day.
Thursday, August 27, 5.09 miles at an 11:01 pace
Friday, August 28, 3.02 miles at an 11:02 pace
Saturday, August 29, 4.11 miles at an 11:09 pace
Sunday, August 30, 8.3 miles at an 11:30 pace

I ran 31.8 out of a scheduled 31 miles last week.

Change: -2.2
