Monday, September 7 – 5.15 miles in 55:51 for a 10:50 pace. 861 calories burned.

Tuesday, September 8 – 8.03 miles in 1:30:48 for an 11:18 pace. 1329 calories burned.

Wednesday, September 9 – 6.09 miles in 1:09:17 for an 11:22 pace. 990 calories burned.

Thursday, September 10 – WALKED 3.04 miles in 45:47 for a 15:04 pace. 421 calories burned. Ankle tightness forced the walk.

Friday, September 11 – unscheduled day off to rest the ankle

Saturday, September 12 – 12.08 miles in 2:21:18 for an 11:41 pace. 1,949 calories.

Starting Weight – 298.8 lbs
Last week’s weight – 232 lbs
Current weight – 228.2 lbs
Change – Down 3.8 lbs
Total weight loss to date – 70.6 lbs.

Can’t believe that I’ve dropped 70 lbs. in 21 weeks. Praise the Lord! As always, thanks so much for the encouragement and support.
