Another week down in my journey to 200 pounds. I had a great week of training and a below average weight loss. I attribute that to a Thursday night outing to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch football. It happened to be 50 cent boneless wing night. Not a good combination for me. However, I did lose so I refuse to be discouraged.

I am adding more information to my training log so this will look different as well. I have added some intervals to my runs to build endurance. I have also started tracking the temperature when I begin and end my runs to see what impact that has on my pace.
