When I feel bad, I eat bad. There. I said it. Despite getting all but Saturday’s 12 mile run in, I felt bad most of last week and it showed with my food choices and I payed for it on the scale. However, in keeping with my accountability, here’s my fitness journal from last week.

Wednesday – 6.1 miles in 1:08:06 for an 11:09 pace. 982 calories burned
Thursday – 3.15 miles in 32:01 for a 10:09 pace. 509 calories burned (NO WALK BREAKS)
Friday – 5.17 miles in 53:43 for a 10:23 pace. 834 calories burned (NO WALK BREAKS)
Saturday – unscheduled day off  (sick)
Sunday – scheduled day off
