Bounce back. That was the goal for this week coming off of my first gain week in this 6 month journey. I am happy to report that despite only getting 11 miles in thanks to some nasty weather, my body bounced back well.

Monday – 9/28 – 3.59 miles in 36:21 for a 10:08 pace.
Tuesday – 9/29 – 3.06 miles in 32:03 for a 10:28 pace.
Wednesday – 9/30 – 5.02 miles in 53:08 for a 10:35 pace.

The rest of the week was a washout.
