After last week’s bounce back, I had a fantastic week of training that saw progress in endurance and pace. I’m focusing on that as for some reason, the scale didn’t budge this week. There are a couple of minor things I plan on tweaking, but it was still a positive week.

Monday, October 5 – 5.17 miles in 49:16 for a 9:31 pace.

Tuesday, October 6 – 8.26 miles in 1:27:42 for a 10:37 pace.

Wednesday, October 7 – 6.31 miles in 1:04:20 for a 10:12 pace.

Thursday, October 8 – 3.15 miles in 32:13 for a 10:13 pace.

Friday, October 9 – 5.25 miles in 52:43 for a 10:02 pace.

Saturday, October 10 – 12.07 miles in 2:06:55 for a 10:30 pace.

Sunday, October 11 – scheduled day off

Year to Date Mileage – 491.16
