I didn’t get a post up last week. My bad. We were out of town and traveling on Monday and as the week went on I didn’t think to post. Despite getting my runs in, traveling caught up to me and I went from 216 to 217.8.

I know the last part of the journey to 200 pounds is going to be the hardest, but I know that if I stay the course, I will get there.

On to the past week.

Monday – no run. Travel day
Tuesday – 3.26 miles in 27:26 for a pace of 8:24
Wednesday – 4.04 miles in 36:07 for a pace of 8:56
Thursday – rest day
Friday – 6.01 miles in 53:58 for a pace of 8:58
Saturday – 8 miles in 1:14:32 for a pace of 9:19
Sunday – rest day
