I wanted to try something different and grt this posted before I even go out for my first run of the week.

Last week wrapped up November and I managed to get a solid 100 miles in during the month. I also recently added strength training and spin classes to my routine since I am utilizing the free 30 day Y membership that came with my Turkey Trot registration.

Here’s a look back

Monday – 7.02 miles in 1:02:47 for an 8:56 pace + strength training
Tuesday – 3.26 miles in 28:04 for an 8:35 pace + 60 minutes of spin
Wednesday – 4.62 miles in 40:23 for an 8:44 pace
Thursday – 4.53 miles in 38:37 for an 8:31 pace
Friday – 3.26 miles in 26:34 for an 8:09 pace + 60 minutes of spin
Saturday – rest
Sunday – 7.01 miles in 59:38 for an 8:30 pace

Weekly mileage – 29.7
